　アジア経営学会第33回全国大会は、2026年9月12日(土)および13日(日)の日程で、九州産業大学において開催されます。自由論題報告および英語セッションは9月12日(土)に、統一論題は9月13日(日)に実施される予定です。
　The 33rd Annual Conference of the Japan Scholarly Association for Asian Management (JSAAM) will be held at Kyushu Sangyo University from September 12 (Sat) to 13 (Sun), 2026. The Free Theme Presentations and English Session will be on September 12.

　つきましては以下の自由論題および英語セッションの募集要項により報告者を募集いたします。ふるってご応募くださいますようにお願いいたします。
　We are therefore calling for presenters for the Free Theme and English sessions as follows.

【　⾃由論題および英語セッションの報告募集要項：Application Guidelines　】

1. ⾃由論題または英語セッションの報告を希望されるアジア経営学会の会員は、下記の「⾃由論題・英語セッション報告申込フォーム」に必要事項を⼊⼒してください。
Members of JSAAM who wish to present at a Free Theme Presentation or an English Session Presentation are requested to fill in the required information in the “Presentation Application Form” below.

2. ⾃由論題と英語セッションの報告者は、アジア経営学会の会員（正会員・シニア会員・院⽣会員・海外特別会員）に限定されています。
　本会への⼊会申請と同時に⾃由論題および英語セッションの報告を申し込む場合、申し込み期限（5⽉31⽇）までに本会理事会において⼊会が承認されている必要があります。理事会の⼊会審査には申請から少なくとも８⽇間を要します。
Presenters in the Free Theme and the English Session Presentations are limited to members of the JSAAM (Regular Members, Senior Members, Graduate Student Members, and Overseas Special Members).
　If you apply for a Free Theme and the English Session Presentation simultaneously with an application for membership, your membership must be approved by the Board of Directors by the application deadline (May 31). Please note that the membership screening process by the Board of Directors requires at least eight days from the date of application.

3. 本⼤会においては、日本語・日本文による報告は自由論題報告に、英語・英⽂による報告は英語セッションに応募してください。
For this conference, presentations in Japanese should be submitted to the Free Theme Presentations, while presentations in English should be submitted to the English Session.

4. 海外特別会員に限り、英語セッションでのオンライン報告が可能です。その場合は、大会参加費が無料となります。ただし、海外特別会員が対面で報告する場合は大会参加費が必要です。また、海外特別会員以外の会員によるオンライン報告は認められません。
　Only Overseas Special Members are permitted to give presentations online in English sessions. In such cases, the conference participation fee will be waived. However, if Overseas Special Members present in person, they are required to pay the conference participation fee. Online presentations by members other than Overseas Special Members are not permitted.

5. ⾃由論題・英語セッションの報告の申込期限は2026年5月31日(日) 23:59（JST）（必着）です。
The application deadline for the presentation is Sunday, May 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM (JST).

6. プログラム委員会は申込⽇を含めて5⽇以内に、申し込みを受理した旨のEメールを送信いたします。6⽇⽬になっても受理確認の返信メールが届かない場合にはプログラム委員会にEメールにてお問い合わせください。
The program committee will send an e-mail acknowledging receipt of the application within five days of the application date. If applicants do not receive an e-mail confirming that their application has been accepted within five days, including the first six days, please contact the conference program committee by e-mail.

7. 2026年6⽉末を⽬処に報告希望の採否をお知らせいたします。
Applicants will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of their application by the end of June at the latest.

8. 報告者は⼤会当⽇までに少なくとも2025年度分の会費を納⼊していることが必要です。毎年4⽉に会費振込⽤紙が届きますので会費納⼊状況をご確認ください。それ以前に各⾃の会費納⼊状況を確認したいときはアジア経営学会事務局（office(at)asiakeieigakkai.org (at)を@にご変更ください。）にお問い合わせください。ただし、海外特別会員は年会費は不要です。
　なお2026年度より本会会員となった場合には⼤会までに2026年度会費の納⼊が必要です。
Applicants must have paid the membership fee for at least the fiscal year 2025 by the time of their report (except for non-member reports in the English Session). Please check their membership fee payment status when they receive the membership fee transfer form in April. If applicants would like to check their membership fee payment status before then, don't hesitate to contact JSAAM (office(at)asiakeieigakkai.org Please change (at) to @). However, Overseas Special Members are exempt from the annual membership fee.
　If applicants have become members of the Society from the fiscal year 2026, they must pay the membership fee for the fiscal year 2026.

9. 報告予定稿（A4版2ページ以内）の提出締め切りは8⽉中旬を予定しております。予定稿は学会ホームページにアップロードされます。報告予定者にはあらためて詳細を連絡いたします。
The deadline for submitting the draft report summary (maximum of two A4 pages) is scheduled for mid-August. The draft will be uploaded to the JSAAM website. The presenters will be notified of the details as soon as possible.
